I sought treatment for a frozen shoulder / rotator cuff injury that was causing me increasing pain so I couldn’t sleep at night or type without pain. Sheena was recommended to me by a friend and was amazing. The treatments worked (everything including acupuncture was given to me), I needed slightly more sessions than normal as I’d left it go a long time without treatment but Sheena was always clear about suggesting only the number of appointments needed and no more. I was given exercises as well to keep up the benefits of the treatment, which I continue to do. A year on from my last treatment and the effects have lasted: I have movement and power back in my shoulder. I got an appointment quickly and the times were practical for me. Practicalities are important but, more importantly, Sheena was kind and brilliant – she has magic hands.
