We (Jay and Sheena) started our clinic together in 2011 after already having extensive experience in the osteopathy and manual therapy fields.
As many of the patients we have treated since then, prior to training as osteopaths we experienced periods of pain as a result of the lifestyles and hobbies we enjoyed. This is one of the reasons we were inspired to become qualified as osteopaths and it also helps us to relate to our patients on a more personal level.
We have always believed that the treatment we provide isn’t just about our knowledge and hands on therapy, it’s about providing practical support that puts you in control of your recovery.
Throughout the history of the clinic we have been encouraging our patients to do more instead of telling them to stop doing the things they love which is often what they have experienced elsewhere. It is one of the things our patients love most about the support we provide.
